Next one needs some more time in making the dish and need an overnight plan. So you have to keep everything the day before you want to cook the dish. For these you need it have the vegetable oil of 1 can, 2 can sprite1/2 can soy sauce, garlic powder and obviously chicken. All the ingredients are being mixed in the mixing bowl and are being added with the marinated chicken. Let it remain over night as to get the best flavor. For 500 gm chicken you will need 2 large onion paste, 4 to 5 garlic paste, ginger paste, salt sugar and turmeric powder as per taste. You can also add some red chili powder if you like it to be spicy, 100 gm yoghurt and 1 teaspoon mustard oil. Mix all the ingredients in the microwave safe bowl and keep it for 2 hours. Then put the mixture in the microwave and cook it for 20 minutes. You have to frequently stir the mixture and have to look into the item whether the chicken has become tender or not. Serve it hot with rice or roti and sour cream and enjoy the day’s meal with your family and guests
